Red Tape Busters commenced operation in May 2000, when our Managing Director Shane Bowering left the Queensland Public Service. With over twenty years of experience in government, Shane quickly identified a number of key areas where individuals, organisations and businesses could be better served in their interactions with government.

The Red Tape Buster service offering is proving extremely popular with our clients. We now have clients all over Australia needing help from one or more of our service areas. The media have also been extremely interested in what we are doing and how we help Australians navigate the bureaucratic red tape maze. We regularly feature on Channel 9 on Brisbane Extra, A Current Affair and Today, on Brisbane talk back radio and in newsprint, providing advice to viewers, listeners and readers on how to deal with Council and Government entities and on what people's rights are.
