First Choice Gourmet Catering is based in the North Eastern Region having begun its catering services in 1986, focusing on providing a high quality catering service to both PRIVATE and CORPORATE clients at commonsense pricing and with highly personalised attention to detail.
First Choice Gourmet Catering is privately owned and operated by Emmanuel Buchanan who is not only qualified, but has over 20 years proven industry experience having served his apprenticeship in the RAN and having worked for the Allied Hotel chain as well as for O’Brien Caterering before establishing his own catering business in the mid 80s. As well as possessing culinary qualifications in international cuisines, Emmanuel also holds a Business and Masters Degree. He is therefore well placed to consult in an informed and professional way with both PRIVATE and CORPORATE clients on all aspects of their catering needs.
